By downloading, installing, or using the NanaStory application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
NanaStory is a mobile application that enables grandparents and parents to create personalized bedtime stories for children. The App generates story content based on user input, allows voice recording, and facilitates sharing via WhatsApp.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use NanaStory. The App is designed for adult users who wish to create stories for children. Children should not use the App directly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all content you create using NanaStory, including voice recordings and story inputs. By using the App, you grant NanaStory a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (generating stories, storing recordings, and enabling sharing).

NanaStory offers a free tier with a limited number of stories per month. Premium features are available through a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are detailed within the App. All payments are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's payment terms.
The NanaStory app, including its design, code, branding, and AI-generated story templates, is the intellectual property of NanaStory. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.
NanaStory is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Story content is generated by AI and may occasionally contain imperfections.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanaStory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to NanaStory in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of NanaStory after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
